The unofficial date for the 2010 Eureka Climb Event is 14 November 2010.

Despite receiving the monthly average rainfall during the 24 hours of the 2009 event, 900 participants enjoyed the challenge of climbing (indoors) the stairs of the tallest residential building, to the southern hemispheres highest viewing platform.
