Harold McComb Scholarship
This scholarship honours the significant contribution of West Australian plastic surgeon Mr Harold McComb to Interplast over many years. Established in 2004, the scholarship provides assistance for medical students nominated by the West Australian University to undertake their Medical Elective placement in a developing country. This year’s recipient was Katherine Bowron who completed her elective at the Tupua Tamasese Meaole Hospital in Apia, Samoa.
