Interplast Australia & New Zealand sends teams of medical volunteers to developing countries in the Asia Pacific region to provide free surgical treatment and training.  In 27 years, hundreds of overseas medical personnel have received training by 600 medical volunteers who have also performed over 18,000 life changing operations.

In 2009, 250 people enjoyed a fabulous night at Ivy for the inaugural Interplast Black & White Ball.  This year promises to be everything again — and more.

The second Interplast Black and White Ball will commence at 7pm on 20 March 2010 at the stunning Ivy, 320 George Street Sydney.  Dress is strikingly gorgeous black and white, black tie.  Interplast ambassador, the very talented, entertaining and generous Ms Wendy Harmer will be the guest speaker for the evening.

The second Interplast Black & White Ball will not only be a magnificent night to remember — it will also raise awareness and funds so Australian and New Zealand medical volunteers can continue to repair bodies and rebuild lives.  Raffles and silent auctions of money-can’t-buy and special one off items will mean everyone wins.

So keep and eye out for that special black and white couture, get a table of friends together and join in the fun and fundraising on one of Sydney’s night of nights for a great cause.

Tickets are $260 per person, or a table of ten is $2,200.  The ticket price includes

· Pre-dinner drinks served over three levels, three mouth watering courses from Ivy’s renowned team of chefs and accompanying fine wine,

· Toe tapping I-just-have-to-dance entertainment from the ten piece band Superstitious,

· A little goody bag and the opportunity to  purchase money can’t buy items in the auction and in turn help provide life changing surgery and medical training to those who need it most.
